Barbora Besta

Barbora Besta is a passionate yoga, pilates teacher and sound healer, dedicated to guiding others on their journey towards physical and emotional well-being. Through the practice, she aims to help individuals find balance, strength, and inner peace.

Workshop Bio:
With a compassionate heart and a holistic approach, she creates a nurturing space for healing and transformation through mindful movement, self love, deep relaxation guided by soothing vibrations of crystal bowls.

Emoties – Big Feelings in Little People

Sara Muhammad

Sara is a passionate parent who understands the needs for educational resources aimed at Emotional literacy in the early years. Emoties People centres around play based learning for children between 2 and 7 using storytelling through emotion characters - think Mr Men books meet the film "Inside out". The main objective for this brand is to teach children how to identify, understand and process their emotions in safe ways across all settings. These educational resources can be used by parents, educators and therapists to assist and support in the development of social and emotional learning.

Workshop Bio:
Emoties is a character-based emotional literacy approach that helps early years professionals support children in recognising, expressing and managing emotions safely. Delegates will leave with simple, ready-to-use tools that build regulation, wellbeing and emotional skills in everyday childcare settings. You will learn tools to assist with emotional literacy skills and practical tools.

Shaolin Kung Fu Taster

Shaolin Temple UK (Grandmaster Shi Yanzi & Shifu Hengjiu)

Grandmaster Shi Yanzi and Shifu Hengjiu are 34th and 35th Generation Shaolin Disciples. They are the headmasters of London's esteemed Shaolin Temple UK, the official British branch of the original Shaolin Temple in Henan, China. Shaolin Temple UK specialises in meditation, Qigong Ba Duan Jin, traditional Shaolin Kung Fu forms and practical Kung Fu combat/Sanda. Shifu Yanzi became a disciple of the Shaolin Temple Abbot Shi Yongxin in 1987, taking Shifu Hengjiu as his own disciple in 1999. Both have continued to hone their skills and knowledge, passing them onto hundreds of students over the years.

Rosie is a nanny and 90’s boyband enthusiast! Rosie joined BNT community as an event host in 2026 and looks forward to inviting more people to throw some shapes on the dance floor, partake in online quizzes and let their true selves shine through!

Rosie Duarte is a fitness instructor and dance enthusiast who specialises in making movement fun, accessible, and joyful. She believes that exercise should feel like play, and brings infectious energy to every session.

Workshop Bio: Millennials assemble! Are you ready to own the floor like it’s your parents living room in 1999? Come learn an iconic routine that will send you back to the best days of your life! You will learn a dance routine to one of the most iconic boyband tracks of the 90s.

Let's Talk & Move!

Helen Guntrip
Let’s Talk and Move! - Learn ways to support children’s speech, language & emotional regulation through movement.

Helen Guntrip is the Founder of Talk & Move and a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and Preschool Yoga Teacher. She has worked for over 22 years with educators and families supporting them to develop children’s communication skills and confidence in a fun and holistic way. Talk & Move’s mission is to support the whole child. Helen has developed this unique approach that combines body movements with vocabulary, speech sound and phonological awareness development. The programme is accessible and inclusive, respecting the individual development of every child.

Workshop Bio:
Come and learn fun ways to support children’s communication, language and literacy skills through music, rhythm and movement. You will experience the holistic Talk & Move approach to learning. Join in with active, balancing and calming moves that you can use with children to support their emotional regulation. Find out how to support different learning styles through use of Talk & Move cards, signing, rhyme and movement to develop focus and concentration, and the calming moves will support rest and relaxation. You will also learn how and when speech sounds develop and the importance of emotional regulation for language and learning. There will be opportunities to ask Helen questions.
