Who can attend?
NannyCON is open to all childcare businesses and professionals who work with children. In the past we have welcome nannies, teachers, childminders, nursery practitioners, teaching assistants, maternity nurses, au pairs, early years educators, NCS, childcare agency staff, parents exploring childcare careers, and students in childcare-related fields. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, you're welcome to join the NannyCON experience.

How is NannyCON different to other industry conferences?
Unlike traditional conferences, NannyCON stands out from the crowd for many reasons. We are a space for all domestic workers and early years professionals from every culture and background to come together over one weekend. For a first-timer, the biggest benefit is the energy and vibes. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and 98% of attendees come alone.
Global perspectives- Because we bring in people from all over the world and all walks of life, the conversations at NannyCON have a depth and cultural richness that you won't find anywhere else. We have people flying in from the UK, USA, Asia, South America, Africa and Europe so the networking opportunities are endless, plus you learn a lot about different cultures and perspectives.
One of a kind-We are the only and first ever childcare & wellness conference in the world so there is no one else doing what we do which makes the experience even more unique.
Not for profit- As well as being a not for profit all funds from ticket sales go right back into our CIC to help improve and continue future events. We are big on giving back; that is why 50% of our raffle proceeds goes to a different charity every year, so not only are you investing in you, you are investing in making the world a better place and supporting the less advantaged.
Family run- We are a family run conference so it's not surprising to see Shada's mum or family members working the stations and making sure everyone feels welcomes and included with our infamous warm caribbean hospitality. It gives NannyCON a more homely/ personal feel and is less daunting for newcomers or first timers.
Informal Approach-Due to our relaxed, informal approach we uniquely combine professional development with personal wellness so you will find NannyCON Souls are well regulated and not overstimulated. Affordable Prices-We have the most affordable conference prices in the industry, but our combined services are worth thousands of pounds, but due to being a non for profit we pride ourselves on keeping costs affordable for you, but keeping the value high.
At NannyCON we don’t like to compare ourselves with other conferences, because we are in a league of our own. We have attendees from all corners of the world and it feel so good to know we all have a common interest despite our differences. If you want a weekend that celebrates your humanity, prioritizes your mental health, and connects you with a diverse global family—London is calling! Whatever you choose, you’re investing in yourself, and that’s always a win. NannyCON will be every April so if you don't make it this year you are always welcome to attend the following year.
Can I bring children?
We appreciate that many of our attendees are parents themselves. However, due to the professional nature of the event, business insurance and venue capacity restrictions, NannyCON is an adults-only event. This allows all attendees to fully engage in sessions and workshops. We encourage you to use this as a valuable opportunity for your own professional development and self-care.
What are ticket prices?
- Non Lunch Weekend Ticket- £165
- Lunch Weekend Ticket- £185
All prices include access to all sessions, workshops, exhibition hall, and refreshments.
Is my ticket refundable or transferable?
All tickets are transferable up until the 31st March 2026. Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual without prior written consent from the Event organizers. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email info@nannycon.net before 31st March 2026 or via you directly cancelling your ticket via your order confirmation. Refunds are available only if requested before March 31st, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances. A processing fee may apply to approved refund requests. Booking fees and voluntary donations are not refundable.
What is the NannyCON 2026 Charity of the year?
This year our raffle will be raising funds for Beyond Conflict. Beyond Conflict is the award winning UK mental health charity for victims of war, terrorism and displacement. At NannyCON we believe the mental health of every person matters and so does Beyond conflict.
They believe there can be no enduring peace without addressing the psychological fallout of war. Their charity supports mental health projects for victims of war, as well as training for frontline workers in conflict zones. Since 2018 they have supported projects in Ukraine, Iraq, the Rohingya refugee camp in Bangladesh, the Palestinian West Bank and Gaza and Israel. They aim to make mental health a frontline humanitarian service and advocate for increased understanding and funding. As a charity, they are non-aligned, helping people of all faiths and none. Together, they aim to heal minds, change lives and restore hope.
