How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased online through our secure checkout page. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with your ticket and event details.

How do I find out about the schedule?

The full conference schedule will be available on our website closer to the event date. Ticket holders will receive regular email updates with schedule highlights, featured speakers, and workshop details. You can also join our WhatsApp community group for real-time updates.

Is there a dress code?

We recommend smart casual attire. Comfort is key as you'll be moving between sessions and workshops throughout the day. Many attendees wear business casual clothing with comfortable shoes. Feel free to express your personal style NannyCON is a welcoming and inclusive space.

  • Custom House (Elizabeth line & DLR) – Direct access to ExCeL London, just a 2-minute walk
  • Prince Regent (DLR) – 5-minute walk to the venue
  • Canning Town (Jubilee line & DLR) – 10-minute walk or short DLR journey

The Elizabeth line offers fast connections from central London, Heathrow Airport, and beyond.

ExCeL London has extensive on-site parking with over 3,700 spaces available. Parking can be pre-booked online for discounted rates.

Ticket prices

Ticket pricing is structured to offer flexibility and early-bird savings:

  • Early Bird (2-Day Pass): £185 – Available until March 31, 2026
  • Standard (2-Day Pass): £225 – Available from April 1, 2026
  • Day Ticket (Saturday OR Sunday): £130 per day
  • Student Rate (2-Day Pass): £150 with valid student ID
  • Good Hotel London – 15-minute walk along the dock

All prices include access to all sessions, workshops, exhibition hall, and refreshments.

Day tickets

Yes, we offer single-day tickets for either Saturday or Sunday at £130 per day. However, we strongly recommend the 2-day pass for the full NannyCON experience and better value. Day tickets provide access to all sessions, workshops, and the exhibition hall on your chosen day.

Can I bring children?
