NannyCON 2026 is made possible by the generous support of leading companies and organizations committed to advancing the childcare profession.

Lamya Lehchili is the founder and director of French Nanny Agency. A former nanny herself, she understands the profession from the inside and the realities of working in private households. The agency is now recognised as the leading reference on the French-speaking market.
She works with all types of families, including those who are not specifically looking for a French-speaking profile. While French-speaking placements remain the agency’s historical speciality, its scope has expanded, and today nannies of all nationalities and backgrounds are welcome, supported by a bilingual and inclusive recruitment approach.
