Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a ticket to NannyCON.

Applies to all NannyCON ticket holders.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of tickets for NannyCON 2026 ("the Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. The Event organizers reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most current version prior to the Event.

2. Ticket Sales and Refunds

Non-transferability

All tickets are non-transferable. Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual without prior written consent from the Event organizers.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are available only if requested before June 1, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances. A processing fee may apply to approved refund requests.

3. Media Release and Consent to Filming

Consent

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded by the Event organizers and their authorized representatives.

Usage

You grant the Event organizers an irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of your likeness for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.

Waiver

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with any image or recording taken at the Event. You also release the Event organizers from any claims arising from the use of such materials.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the Event. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by the Event organizers will result in immediate removal from the Event without refund. The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at their sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Personal Property

The Event organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought to the Event venue. Attendees are solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings.

Sponsors and Exhibitors (Opt-in Only)

Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event. The Event organizers will take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee a risk-free environment.

Injury

The Event organizers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or death occurring during or as a result of attendance at the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Program Changes

The Event organizers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, activities, or venue without prior notice. While every effort will be made to deliver the Event as advertised, no guarantee is made regarding specific content or programming.

7. Force Majeure

The Event organizers shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, no refund will be available.
